Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. In this role, you will serve as the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to create an inviting atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness. Provide menu information, make recommendations, and respond to inquiries regarding food, beverages, and daily specials.
• Order Taking: Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring that all special requests and dietary restrictions are effectively communicated to the kitchen.
• Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring each item meets quality standards and is presented in accordance with restaurant specifications.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction during their meal by checking in regularly, refilling drinks, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Up-selling & Promotions: Proactively recommend menu items, daily specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience, while actively engaging in upselling to boost revenue.
• Table Maintenance: Efficiently clear and clean tables between guests, reset for new groups, and maintain a tidy dining area.
