Job description:
This state-of-the-art facility is set to open in May 2025, with interviews commencing in April 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive automotive technicians/mechanics who are committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for problem-solving and a dedication to doing what is right for our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Utilizing expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently for our guests.
– Gaining valuable experience as an automotive mechanic while working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
– Conducting thorough, accurate, and transparent courtesy vehicle inspections.
– Collaborating effectively as part of a team to swiftly address customer concerns.
– Upholding and promoting our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
– Communicating closely with the service department regarding customer issues.
– Teaming up with fellow technicians to solve challenges, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

– A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
– ASE certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them.
– Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
– Ability to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals.
– Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes.
– Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
– A desire for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing over 100 pounds.
– Capability to work with tools on vehicles raised above head level.

– Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
– Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
