Job description:

Your day will involve traveling to the homes of your assigned clients, with responsibilities tailored to their specific needs. Care Professionals will utilize their skills to provide support, which may include light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, personal care tasks such as showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
