Job description:

Are you service-oriented and seeking an exciting opportunity? Evolution provides the ideal environment for you! As a Game Presenter, your presentation skills and personality will be paramount as you host live casino games on camera. No prior dealing experience is necessary.

You will begin your journey in our Evolution Academy, where you will receive comprehensive training over the first two weeks on leading games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, as well as mastering on-camera presentation techniques.

In the role of Online Casino Dealer, you will spend the majority of your workday live on camera, engaging with players while they enjoy our games on their devices. This position requires rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our studio operates 24/7. Please note that this is an on-site position.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service or hospitality
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Essential Physical Functions for Game Presenter and Game Show Host:

• Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
• Repetitive use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least 4 feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally with players
• Capacity to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
• Ability to present continuously on camera in front of high-intensity LED lighting
• Full-time schedule availability
• For Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2-inch heels while standing for up to 1.5 hours
