Martin Automotive Group is looking for a seasoned Sales Consultant to join our team at the Toyota Cleveland Heights dealership. With over 150 units sold, we are expanding our sales force and are eager to welcome new professionals who are committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming internet email and phone leads.
  • Engage with internet leads to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Direct customers to relevant product information resources, including online platforms.
  • Conduct on-floor sales and assist walk-in customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of inquiries and messages intended for other sales personnel and departments.

Requirements:

  • Automotive sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales quotas and goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
