  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Facilitating support with registrations and scheduling
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Assisting with inventory management and computer-related tasks
  • Contributing to the team environment with your positive energy
