Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this impactful role, you will enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping to improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, facilitating small group activities and crafts, attending to hygiene needs, administering medication, leading community outings, and helping individuals to Live Life to the Fullest.

Qualifications

  • Preferred prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
  • Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with creativity and enthusiasm
  • Capacity to lift up to fifty pounds
