Position Overview: Selling Associate
As a Selling Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will engage with customers while demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drive store sales and growth by actively selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, interpreting cues, and responding appropriately.
• Provide customers with accurate bra fitting by asking pertinent questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.

When assigned to the cash wrap:

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, ensuring accurate and prompt processing of customer transactions.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout, encouraging the purchase of additional items.
• Maintain the cash wrap selling zone and handle "go-backs."

When involved in processing and replenishment:

• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and uphold backroom and understock standards.
• Ensure merchandise is replenished to brand standards to maximize sales availability.
• Assist with additional projects, including markdowns, re-ticketing, and managing out-of-stock processes.

When tasked with floorset activity:

• Execute floorset tasks proficiently, adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain the backroom and understock areas to improve replenishment efficiency.

• Driving top-line store sales results and enhancing business performance through proactive actions and productivity.

Compensation Details
Minimum Salary: $11.00
Maximum Salary: $13.75
