AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “Lead Housekeeping Manager” in Alpena, MI, it’s essential to consider factors such as local cost of living, industry standards, and the specific responsibilities associated with the role. As of October 2023, housekeeping managers typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with urban areas generally offering higher pay. Alpena, being a smaller city, may have lower wage averages due to its cost of living, which is below the national average. If the hourly rate you mentioned falls within or above this range while taking into account the local economy, it can be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower than $15, it may not align with industry standards. Thus, further context about the specific hourly rate would be necessary for a more definitive analysis.
