Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in both full-time and part-time capacities. With our recently expanded hours and increased seating capacity, we are looking to hire immediately. Please note that we are closed on holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cocktails according to established recipes.
• Accurately pour and measure drink ingredients.
• Take food and drink orders from customers, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
• Record patrons’ food orders on order slips, memorize them, or input them into our system for the kitchen staff.
• Foster engaging interactions with customers.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu and confidently make suggestions.
• Monitor dining experiences at the bar and tables, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Prepare detailed checks that itemize meal costs and applicable taxes.
• Assist food preparation staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bartending and delivering outstanding customer service within a busy environment.
• A positive attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure while collaborating effectively with bussers, cooks, and other team members.
• Capability to perform high-quality work independently without supervision.
• Familiarity with handling cash transactions and proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment and ensure timely delivery of orders.
