Position Title: Bartender – Broad Leaf Brewery & Spirits
Company Overview:

Compensation for this position is set at $5/hour, accompanied by a share of the tip pool. Weekend availability is a prerequisite for this role.
Position Summary:
As a Bartender at Broad Leaf Brewery & Spirits, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and collaborating effectively with your coworkers, ensuring a welcoming, polite, and enthusiastic atmosphere. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus to promptly address guest inquiries about ingredients, preparation methods, and other related questions.
- Assist guests in selecting beverages that best suit their preferences and needs.
- Stay informed about any changes to the menu and communicate these updates effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at the bar and in the keg cooler.
- Foster connections with guests to ensure they feel welcomed, satisfied, and valued during their experience.
- Implement proper stock rotation practices using the "first in, first out" system.
- Ensure menus are kept clean and updated.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Comply with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Job Requirements:
