Job description:

Position: System Analyst
Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term

Responsibilities:

Networking:

  • Proficient in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and network circuits.
  • Experience with VPNs and load balancers, specifically with Cisco technologies such as ISE, Meraki, Umbrella, Aruba, Viptela SDWAN, and Palo Alto.

Server Compute:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and Windows clustering.
  • Management of Print Services.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms, primarily VMware or Hyper-V.

Storage:

  • Knowledge of NetApp Storage Arrays.
  • Experience with Commvault Immutable Backups.

Endpoint:

  • Proficient in various operating systems including Microsoft Windows, macOS/iOS, and Linux; skilled in troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong background in systems administration, particularly with Microsoft Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Understanding of information security solutions focused on endpoint threat management.
  • Knowledgeable in Identity and Access Management, including Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint, and Group Policies.
  • Familiarity with management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, and Autopilot.
  • Experience with RF Barcoding and scanning technologies is considered an asset.
