Job Title: Dining Services Assistant Manager

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Southfield, MI

Pay: $18 – 20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $20 for a Dining Services Assistant Manager in Southfield, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. Typically, assistant management positions in dining and hospitality sectors generally command higher wages, often ranging from $20 to $25 per hour or more, especially in metropolitan areas. Considering the cost of living in Southfield and the responsibilities associated with this role, which may include supervision, staff management, and customer service, this pay range may not be competitive enough to attract skilled candidates, especially when factoring in the ongoing labor market trends and wage growth in the hospitality sector.
