AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Server-Full Service Restaurant – Breakfast” in Lansing, MI, we would need specific numerical data for comparison. However, generally speaking, the average hourly wage for servers in full-service restaurants typically ranges from $10 to $15, plus tips, depending on factors such as experience, restaurant type, and location. In Lansing, which has a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, competitive pay might lean toward the lower end of that scale, with an expectation of earning tips that could significantly increase overall compensation. To determine if the rate is competitive, comparing it to local listings, industry reports, and prevailing wages in nearby areas can provide valuable insights.
