The Product Specialist Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional purchasing experiences. In this role, you will engage with customers, utilize dealership systems for follow-up, and ensure the highest level of customer service to cultivate long-term business relationships. You will receive comprehensive training for the first 60 days in this full-time position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or Product Specialist area.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to uphold a strong knowledge base of our vehicles.
  • Providing detailed specifications about vehicle performance, safety, benefits, and features.
  • Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle capabilities.
  • Utilizing dealership systems for effective pre- and post-sales follow-up to maintain the client database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, finance products, and company programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to the various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure an appealing and diverse vehicle selection for customers.

  • Prior experience in customer service with a focus on providing exceptional experiences.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
