Minimum Qualifications:

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and courtesy, projecting a positive image to both associates and customers.
  • Certification and training as a barista.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through effective marketing and merchandising of department products.
  • Assist in the supervision and leadership of department personnel to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Delegate job assignments and responsibilities in alignment with duty rosters.
  • Order and manage stock and supplies, ensuring the department’s conditions and appearance meet standards.
  • Monitor code dates and product rotation, removing expired products as needed.

  • Follow outlined inventory stocking and recording protocols.
