AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Server-Full Service Breakfast” in Lansing, MI, it’s essential to consider both local market rates and industry standards. Typically, server wages in the Midwest, and specifically in Lansing, range from $10 to $15 per hour, excluding tips. Based on this range, an hourly rate that falls within or above this bracket is generally considered competitive, especially if it reflects the establishment’s reputation and demands placed on staff. If the offered rate is at least in line with or exceeds the regional average, it can be considered competitive; otherwise, it may struggle to attract skilled candidates in a market where tips also play a significant role in overall compensation. Therefore, a thorough comparison with similar establishments in the area would provide clarity on its competitiveness.
