AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.23 for a bartender in Sault Sainte Marie, MI, is below the typical industry standards, which generally range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience, establishment type, and tip potential. According to various sources, the average hourly wage for bartenders in Michigan tends to be in the higher end of that spectrum, often exceeding $15 per hour, especially when tips are considered.
