Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual responsible for crafting a diverse array of intricate beverage recipes utilizing a sophisticated combination of ingredients, all while adhering to standardized recipes. This position requires proficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, along with the use of specialized kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will possess the ability to identify ingredients and finished products that do not meet established quality standards, maintain safety and sanitation protocols, and foster an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare a wide range of intricate beverage recipes using complex ingredient combinations, in accordance with standardized recipes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain detailed knowledge of beverage ingredients, measurements, and preparation methods.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks, including beverage production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities.
  • Operate and maintain specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate matters to leadership when necessary.
  • Identify and rectify any ingredients and finished products that do not comply with quality standards immediately.
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and sanitation standards in the work area.
  • Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.
  • Create personalized customer experiences by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and fulfilling specific requests accurately.
