Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Housekeeping: Performing cleaning duties in designated areas, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and patient room furnishings.
  • Safety: Utilizing protective gear, adhering to safety guidelines when using cleaning solutions, and ensuring compliance with infection control policies.
  • Punctuality: Maintaining consistent attendance, timely completion of assigned tasks, and responsiveness to the paging system.
  • Customer Experience: Positively representing HCSG through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
  • Resident Interaction: Ensuring positive and tactful communication with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate:
