Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Execute housekeeping tasks including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing assigned areas, such as restrooms and patient rooms. Responsibilities also include cleaning and disposing of trash and performing related duties as assigned.
• Safety: Employ protective gear appropriately and ensure safe handling and mixing of cleaning solutions. Report any equipment or supply issues to a supervisor promptly. Adhere to established safety and quality standards, infection control policies, and proper handwashing techniques.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Complete assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner and respond promptly to paging system alerts.
• Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by following instructions and interacting courteously with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
• Resident Experience: Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

• Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to follow oral and written instructions while performing routine, repetitive tasks.
