AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Server / Waitstaff – Full Time – Glacier Hills” in Ann Arbor, MI, we need to consider the local cost of living, as well as industry standards for similar roles. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for servers in Michigan typically ranges from $10 to $15, excluding tips, but can vary based on experience, type of establishment, and demand. Ann Arbor, being a college town and a hub for dining, may offer wages on the higher end of this spectrum, especially in upscale or senior living dining environments like Glacier Hills.
