Position Summary

  • Housekeeping: Execute cleaning responsibilities including dusting and mopping floors in designated areas, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning patient room furniture, and managing waste disposal.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, properly mix and use cleaning solutions, report equipment needs to supervisors promptly, and ensure compliance with infection control procedures.
  • Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, respond efficiently to paging systems, and complete assigned cleaning tasks on time.
  • Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively, demonstrating courtesy and cooperation with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Engage in pleasant and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the capacity to follow both oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks consistently.
