Position Summary
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Housekeeping: Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning patient room furniture, and disposing of trash, while completing all assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards, utilizing protective gear, and responsibly mixing and using cleaning solutions. Timely reporting of any equipment or product issues to a supervisor is essential.
  • Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and complete assigned tasks in accordance with established schedules.
  • Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Engage in pleasant and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude along with the ability to follow instructions both orally and in writing is essential.
