AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a Kitchen Steward in Lansing, MI, I would need the specific rate you have in mind. However, generally speaking, as of my last update in October 2023, Kitchen Stewards in the Midwest, including Lansing, typically earn between $12 to $16 per hour depending on factors like experience, establishment type, and specific job duties. If the rate you’re examining falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards for that location. Conversely, rates below this range may be less competitive, potentially indicating lower demand or cost of living adjustments specific to the area.
