To excel in this position, certain key factors are essential: maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality, and ensuring professionalism in appearance and communication. Guest Environment Experts must be agile and active, capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Mastering these responsibilities, along with additional reasonable tasks as assigned, is vital to success in this role — for both our guests and our business.
