POSITION SUMMARY

They are entrusted with the autonomy to navigate their environment and fulfill the needs of our guests as they arise.
Whether it involves processing operational requirements, addressing guest inquiries, preparing reports, delivering high-quality meals, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Experience Specialist ensures that each interaction feels seamlessly integrated into the overall experience.
Success in this role hinges on several essential attributes: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and exemplifying professionalism through uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Experience Specialists are expected to remain mobile—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and to adopt a hands-on approach to their responsibilities, which includes the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these tasks effectively, along with other reasonable job duties as assigned, is essential to ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our guests and our business alike.

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.
