AI Pay Analysis: To determine whether the hourly rate for a Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish) in Detroit, MI, is competitive and aligns with industry standards, you would typically need to compare the offered rate against the local market averages for similar roles. As of my last knowledge update, hourly wages for retail associates, especially bilingual ones, often range from $12 to $20, depending on factors like experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. In Detroit, factors such as the cost of living and demand for bilingual skills can also influence wages. If the hourly rate you’re examining falls within or above this range, it would likely be considered competitive; otherwise, it could be seen as less attractive. Always consult current job postings and salary surveys for the most accurate insights.
