Job description:

Home Instead is seeking empathetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, committed to our mission of enhancing the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes, addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Offering companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Reminding clients about medication and appointments
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Providing specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
