AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 – $14 for a “Life Enrichment Assistant” in Grand Haven, MI is generally considered on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions in the region. According to industry standards, especially in assisted living and recreational roles within healthcare, rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Grand Haven, being a community with a mix of tourism and residential living, may also influence wage expectations.
