Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, as we strive to enhance the capacity for care in our communities. We offer a range of non-medical services designed to assist aging adults in maintaining their independence and addressing the challenges associated with aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and preparing meals
  • Offering medication reminders and facilitating appointments
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Supporting clients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Effective communication skills, enabling friendly, professional, and respectful interactions with clients
