Job Title: Retail Merchandise Coordinator

Company: TJ MAXX

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay: $16 – 16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.50 for a Retail Merchandise Coordinator in Traverse City, MI, falls below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience, skills, and specific responsibilities. While entry-level roles might start at the lower end of the spectrum, the offered rate may be viewed as less competitive in the context of the broader retail industry and regional cost of living considerations. Therefore, while this pay could be acceptable for preliminary positions, it may not attract more experienced candidates or align well with industry standards in the area.
