AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Technician – Quality Control” role in Howell, MI, it’s essential to compare it against both local and national averages for similar positions. As of my last available data, Quality Control Technicians in Michigan typically earn between $18 to $30 per hour, depending on factors like experience, qualifications, and the specific industry (such as manufacturing or pharmaceuticals). If the hourly rate you’re considering falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive. Additionally, taking into account the cost of living in Howell, which is moderate compared to larger urban centers, a competitive wage should not only meet the industry standards but also provide financial viability for candidates.
