Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Milford, MI
Pay:
AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a Cook in Milford, MI, it would be beneficial to compare this rate to both local and national averages for similar positions. As of 2023, the average pay for a Cook in Michigan ranges from approximately $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, type of establishment (e.g., fast food vs. fine dining), and specific job responsibilities. Considering these factors, if the offered hourly rate aligns within this range, it can be deemed competitive. However, if it falls significantly below this range, it may be less attractive to potential candidates, especially in a labor market where demand for kitchen staff can drive wages higher. Additionally, benefits, work environment, and job flexibility also play a crucial role in overall competitiveness. Thus, while the hourly rate is an important factor, it should be assessed in conjunction with these other elements.
