Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and fellow team members
• Ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse clientele
• Execute various hotel cleaning tasks to uphold established standards
• Inspect rooms visually to identify any maintenance needs
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as needed
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude

Basic Job Functions:
