AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Field Service Technician/Industrial Mechanic” in Monroe, MI, we would typically compare it to industry standards and local market data. As of my last update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for similar roles in Michigan generally ranged between $20 to $35, depending on factors such as experience, specific skills, and the employing company. If the hourly rate offered is within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and in line with industry standards. However, if it falls significantly below this range, it may indicate that the compensation is less attractive, potentially leading to challenges in talent acquisition. Additional factors such as benefits, work environment, and advancement opportunities also play a crucial role in overall competitiveness.
