As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver outstanding service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive "Judgment Free" experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service to help them feel comfortable and welcomed
  • Answer phone calls in a friendly manner, assisting callers with various inquiries
  • Check in members, conduct tours of the facility, sign up new members, log amenities, and address updates and billing inquiries
  • Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Participate in the regular cleaning of the entire facility, including restrooms, equipment, front desk areas, and amenities

Qualifications and Physical Demands:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Continual communication with members and prospective members, both in person and via phone
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
