Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to approximately 50 to 70 automotive dealerships within a designated region. Acting as a trusted consultant, your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients fully leverage the software solutions they have purchased, maximizing their potential to drive success. Your responsibilities will include providing both on-site assistance and support via video conferencing, with approximately 80% of your time spent at customer locations and 20% through virtual interactions.

Work Environment:
Customer Success Specialists operate from a home office setup and will be provided with a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Training:
