AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Dishwasher in Jackson, MI, we need to consider the average wage for similar roles in the area and the broader industry standards. As of late 2023, the typical hourly wage for dishwashers in Michigan ranges from $11 to $14, with variations based on experience, the establishment’s type, and location. If the offered rate falls within this range, it can be considered competitive; if it is above, it is likely attractive to potential candidates. Conversely, rates significantly below this average may struggle to attract quality applicants. Therefore, evaluating the specific hourly rate in relation to these factors will determine its competitiveness in the job market.
