Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, your primary role will involve performing light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment in various establishments, including hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with attention to detail
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings
  • Empty and clean trash containers, ensuring sanitary disposal
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers
  • Wipe down glass surfaces
  • Make beds and change linens as required
  • Rearrange furniture and amenities according to specified layouts
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Address housekeeping-related issues, such as spills and broken glass
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism with all stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
