Division Overview
Cosma Castings Michigan (CCMi), a division of Magna International, is located in Battle Creek, Michigan. Our casting and assembly facility specializes in the production of automotive body components for major clients including General Motors, Ford, FCA, Honda, and various aftermarket customers. Our expansive 300,000-square-foot facility is home to approximately 500 employees. Summary of Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and organized manner. Responsibilities also include performing maintenance on facilities and grounds as needed, as well as mentoring registered apprentices. This role is situated in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Journey Worker Card in Millwright or Machine Repair, or a related field, or an equivalent two-year educational degree.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing facility is essential.
  • Availability for overtime as required.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a urine drug screen, background check, and physical capability examination.
