Job Title: Sales Rep – Relief Large Grocery/Mass Merch

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $21.50 for a “Sales Rep – Relief Large Grocery/Mass Merch” position in Pontiac, MI, is generally competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, specific company practices, and local market conditions. As of my last update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for sales representatives in grocery and mass merchandise settings typically ranges from $15 to $25, with some experienced representatives earning higher. Given this range, $21.50 appears to be at the mid-to-upper end for entry to mid-level positions in that area, making it a reasonable and attractive offer, particularly considering potential bonuses and benefits often provided in these roles.
