AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a Merchandise Coordinator in Farmington Hills, MI, appears to be below the industry standard for similar roles in the retail and merchandising sectors. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for Merchandise Coordinators in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience and company size. This pay rate may not be competitive, particularly given the cost of living in the area and the increasing demand for skilled retail professionals.
