As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, your contributions will be instrumental to the branch’s success through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will cultivate enduring relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions, as well as facilitating connections with our licensed bankers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel appreciated. Manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings as required.
- Assist clients with everyday transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, debit card reorders, and setting up direct deposits, while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on the utilization of technology and self-service options, providing guidance on using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs conveniently.
- Support clients and the branch team with the opening of new accounts as needed.
- Perform various branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, while adhering to established bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
