Job description:

The Customer Fulfillment Manager (CFM) is tasked with delivering essential support in financial administration and management for both Contractual and Transactional Customer Portfolios, primarily within Europe, and potentially in other regions based on business needs. This role is pivotal to the team responsible for managing assigned service agreements, transactional deals, plants, and customers. The CFM will exhibit accountability for financial, functional, business, and overarching company objectives within the Power Services division.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions associated with assigned contracts and customers.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Oracle/ERP/NEX/MyFleet systems.
  • Provide support to Commercial Service Leaders (CSLs) in the execution of financial deliverables, as well as short- and long-term financial planning.
  • Promote operational excellence and rigor in financial processes and tools to achieve process excellence.
  • Engage with ERP enhancements, integrations, and deployments. As required, participate in User Acceptance Testing/System-Integration & Testing to ensure effective adoption and adherence to established systems and processes.
  • Generate Parts Quotations and Sales Orders in Oracle for both Contractual and Transactional customers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee logistics and manage parts shipping orders.
  • Establish contractual and transactional projects in Oracle/ERP/NEX systems for all outages, repairs, and parts requests, collaborating closely with CSLs.
  • Create and update Service Dispatch Requests to FieldCore within Oracle/ERP systems in partnership with CSLs.
  • Interact with various internal departments to identify, address issues, and propose process improvements.
  • Collaborate with different vendors and parts teams to secure Parts Origin Certification in various countries as required by law or contract.
  • Set up new customers and modify existing customer information within Oracle/ERP systems.
  • Introduce Purchase Order Requests into Oracle/ERP systems while adhering to established guidelines and procedures, working in conjunction with CSLs.
  • Manage Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) documentation for vendors directly subcontracted by GE, as legally required in respective countries.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization and a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively as a member of a multinational team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in multitasking.
  • High level of English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
