AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Houseman” role in Lansing, MI, it would be essential to have specific data regarding the offered rate, as well as current industry standards for similar positions in the area. Generally, housemen, who are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with various tasks in hospitality settings, tend to earn an hourly wage ranging from around $12 to $18, depending on factors such as experience, the employer, and local market conditions. If the rate you have falls within or above this range, it would be considered competitive; if it is lower, it may not align with industry standards.
