Overview:
This position offers a compensation of $20 per hour for a commitment of 30 hours per week.
Scope of Position:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide data entry, outreach, and administrative support to program staff.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
– Execute filing tasks and conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance and organization.
– Follow up with customer referrals to deliver program information and perform initial screenings for eligibility.
– Conduct accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
– Assist in tracking and reporting program data while maintaining detailed spreadsheets.
– Contact customers to schedule meetings, testing, and other activities, providing reminders and following up on their employment status.
– Document all customer interactions and services rendered thoroughly.
– Support program staff with the coordination of onsite events and activities.
– Organize and update training provider information to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
– Create and revise promotional materials, including flyers.
– Provide front desk coverage as needed, warmly greeting visitors and efficiently managing telephone inquiries.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:
– Demonstrated experience in answering telephones courteously and efficiently.
– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
– Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
– Typing skills are preferable.
– A High School Diploma or GED is required.
