Generally, supervisory roles in hotel operations tend to range from $15 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, the size of the hotel, and specific responsibilities. As of 2023, being near Detroit, Romulus may have slightly lower rates compared to urban centers. To determine if the offered rate aligns with industry standards in this locale, it would be necessary to compare the specific hourly wage to both local hotel management job postings and salary surveys from reputable sources like the Bureau of Labor Statistics or industry associations.
