Our On-Site Event Sales Representatives are not merely sales professionals; they are passionate experience creators. In this role, you will engage with clients through calls and emails to secure bookings, adeptly manage your sales pipeline, tour with potential clients, and collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure each event is executed flawlessly. You will streamline the booking, planning, and celebration process, ensuring your clients return time and again.
Essential Duties:
Develop Your Expertise and Secure Bookings:
- Promptly respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
- While operating from one of our exceptional locations, you will also plan events across multiple venues. Familiarize yourself with the distinct features and benefits of our diverse properties and effectively communicate these to your clients.
- Understand the varied needs of different events, ranging from corporate functions to birthday celebrations and social gatherings.
Exceed Sales Goals:
- Consistently meet and aim to surpass your individual sales KPIs.
Maintain Organizational Excellence:
- Utilize your organizational skills to effectively manage a large network of clients and multiple venues.
- Serve as the on-site liaison for our operations team, facilitating BEO meetings in collaboration to ensure that every event is a resounding success.
Enhance Client Experience:
- Support your clients throughout the planning process, coordinating every detail up until the event day.
- Actively manage client relationships during and post-event, implementing retention strategies to encourage repeat business.
Demonstrate Flexibility:
- Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak event seasons.
Be Engaging and Professional:
- Stay connected with team members through video communications for coaching sessions and daily meetings, fostering a sense of camaraderie among our remote representatives.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and professionalism as clients may engage with you via video at any moment.

The approximate compensation for this position begins at $21.63 per hour, plus a 2% commission based on total group sales revenue (excluding online sales).
