Job description:

Transport guests to and from designated destinations using the property vehicle. Document all trips prior to departure and at the conclusion of each journey. Properly park the vehicle in the designated area when not in use. Conduct inspections of property vehicles to assess for damage and cleanliness. Monitor tire pressure and fluid levels, refueling as necessary. Report any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Accurately document all vehicle incidents, including damages and accidents, and provide comprehensive reports to the manager or supervisor.

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management; complete all safety training and certifications as required. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring that uniform and personal appearance are maintained to the highest professional standards. Safeguard the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, actively anticipating and addressing their service needs. Assist individuals with disabilities and express gratitude to guests with sincere appreciation. Communicate effectively with others using clear and professional language; exchange information with staff through electronic devices such as pagers, two-way radios, and email. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print. Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to identify any defects. Demonstrate responsiveness by moving at the necessary speed to address work situations. Remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance, and objects exceeding 75 pounds with assistance. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, incorporating bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Exhibit continual manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
